About me


Richard Olrichs is from the Netherlands. In 2007 Richard completed his IT study and started working at MN, an administrative company for different retirement funds in the Netherlands.
Richard Olrichs is an Oracle Ace and has an extensive knowledge about Oracle Fusion Middleware with deep specialization of the Oracle Application Development Framework. He is an Oracle Application Development Certified developer and publishes on his blog at www.olrichs.nl. Richard is the initiator of an open source project creating an ADF EMG Audit Rules extension for both JDeveloper11g and JDeveloper12c.
He is also one of the initiators an open source project called ‘ADF EMG XML DataControl’ for both JDeveloper ADF 11g and JDeveloper ADF 12c.
He has been a speaker at several companies in the Netherlands (MN, AMIS, The Future Group), both TECH13 & TECH14 by the UKOUG in Manchester & Liverpool as well as Oracle Open World 2014 in San Francisco.
Richard has an enormous drive in obtaining new technology and spends his time both inside as well as outside the office to improve his knowledge and skills about the Oracle Stack.

In December 2014 I became an Oracle ACE.
